You have VT on, did all the Tweaking.com stuff, adjust all setting to Speed (Direct X) with lowest resolution
I found something that effect the performance of Nox Player, that is Windows Index on local drive is turn off.
Make sure you turn on the option for any reason you have turn it off (just like me)
1. Right click on Local Disk where you install Nox Player
2. Tick Allow files on this drive to have contents indexed in addition to file properties.
3. When any prompt comes up, Ignore all
4. This might take a while... so sit back, relax and enjoy your favorites beverage.
